Preparation for the expert examination §34a GewO for the security industry
The competence test according to § 34a GewO provides factual proof of self-employment in the security trade as well as the minimum technical requirement for certain activities such as e.g. B. Protection against shoplifters, guarding in the entrance area of catering discotheques, patrols in public traffic areas or in domiciliary areas with actual public traffic as well as in the guarding of refugee accommodation or major events in a managerial capacity. The law amending security regulations came into force partly on December 1st, 2016 and partly on January 1st, 2019. The regulation of § 34 a of the trade regulations (GewO) is supplemented.
